What if I don't know enough to do this?
You already have everything you need. You're not starting from zero - you're leveraging decades of expertise, a professional track record, and a network that already trusts you. What we find is that most experts have more of a curse of knowledge, meaning that it's harder for them to pare down what they know versus they don't know enough. We teach you how to do this inside the program.
Is this just another online course?
Not even close. This is direct work with us to build your specific business using a proven framework, tried and tested templates, and a clear sequence. You won't be handed a generic playbook and left to figure it out alone. We work through the exact structure together, starting with a customized roadmap for you.
Do I need more certifications or credentials?
No. What you need is a model that positions you correctly for what you already know. You don't need permission to charge for your expertise. You just need the right framework to package it, price it, and sell it without feeling like you're starting over.
What can I realistically expect to earn?
Our students typically build toward $10-20K per month - not by taking on more clients, but by working with fewer, better ones. Three to five advisory clients at premium rates will get you there. Of course, results are never guaranteed, but it's helpful to keep in mind that you don't need a ton of clients for this model to work well.
How long will it take for me to get my first client?
Everybody's results vary, not necessarily because of how the program is structured, but due to individual personalities and characteristic traits. If you are a fast action taker and you're the kind of person who dives in and is willing to do the work, you're much more likely to see a result faster. If you are the kind of person who likes to get all the information first and take your time, it may take you a little longer. Either way, the program is a year, which gives you plenty of time to ask questions and make progress.
How is this different from other programs?
Most programs teach you to build an audience first and earn income later. We reject that entirely. We teach you how to leverage the assets you already have such as your expertise, your network, your credibility so you can start having strategic conversations now. We build from freedom on day one, not toward it someday.
How is it different than freelancing or a Fractional Role?
Freelancing and C-suite services typically involve taking direction from the client and performing tasks as requested. Being an advisor typically involves coming into a company, analyzing it, and providing a solution based on a framework as a thought partner. With that said, if you would like to act as an advisor but also provide fractional services, that's great too! Our framework works both ways.
Do I need to build authority with a website or start posting on social media first?
No. We find that this is not a fruitful exercise until you've gained traction and have client results to back it up. We find that relationship marketing is the best, fastest, and most effective way to reach your initial revenue goals during the startup phase.
